Readers are granted unrestricted access to read, download, copy, distribute, and utilize the full text of all published articles for non-commercial purposes, without any subscription or access fees. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are therefore essential to cover the operational costs involved in publishing and disseminating quality research openly.

Article Submission Charges: Submission of articles to TIRJTS is free of charge.

Article Publication Charges (APCs): Upon the successful peer review and acceptance of a manuscript for publication, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies.

  • For Authors from India: INR 1000
  • For International Authors: USD 20

  • Acceptance of any manuscript is determined solely by the rigorous evaluation of our editors and peer reviewers.
  • TIRJTS maintains a strict plagiarism policy. All submitted manuscripts undergo thorough plagiarism checks.

Your Article Processing Charge (APC) contributes directly to the following essential services and processes, ensuring your research is professionally published and widely accessible:

  • Open Access Publication: Full online publication of your research paper in an open-access format.
  • Digital Object Identifier (DOI): Assignment of a unique and permanent DOI to your article for enhanced discoverability and citation.
  • Peer Review Management: Administration and coordination of the rigorous peer-review process.
  • Editorial Services: Professional copyediting, typesetting, and formatting to meet publication standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Comprehensive plagiarism and grammar checking.
  • Indexing and Archiving: Costs associated with journal indexing, abstracting services, and long-term digital archiving.
  • Journal Infrastructure: Maintenance of the journal’s website, hosting, and digital infrastructure.
  • Publication Certificate: Issuance of a digital publication certificate for all authors.
  • Reviewer & Editor Support: Contribution towards administrative costs related to reviewer and editorial support.

Optional Services (Hard Copies)

For authors who wish to receive physical copies of their published work or the journal, additional charges apply:

  • Hardcopy Publication Certificate (for all authors) + Digital Access to Published Paper: INR 500
  • Hardcopy Journal Book (1 copy) + Hardcopy Publication Certificate (for all authors): INR 700

These charges include dispatch costs, utilizing reliable services like Speed Post / DHL for efficient delivery.

Advertisement Policy

TIRJTS maintains strict editorial independence and does not host or display any form of advertisements on its website (www.tamilmanam.in) or within its publications.
