If the journal identifies any form of predatory behavior that hinders legitimate research and academic publishing, including but not limited to compromised peer review, deceptive claims, or the exploitation of authors, the affected article will be immediately retracted.

Authors who discover errors or require amendments to their published work are encouraged to submit a formal request to the editor, providing detailed explanations and supporting documentation. Retractions, corrections, clarifications, and apologies will be considered carefully on a case-by-case basis. Any necessary actions will be implemented promptly, and a clear notification detailing the nature of the change and the reasons behind it will be prominently displayed on the journal’s website. We are committed to transparency and accountability in our publishing practices.

Continuous Publication and Special Issues: Both regular and special issues of TIRJTS are published in a continuous serial order, maintaining a consistent and accessible record of scholarly work. Special issues are subject to the same rigorous peer-review process as regular issues, ensuring the quality and scholarly merit of all published content. This consistent application of the peer-review process guarantees the integrity and academic rigor of all articles published in TIRJTS.

Accessibility for International Audience: To enhance the accessibility and impact of our published research for a global audience, TIRJTS is implementing measures to bridge language barriers. Moving forward, all articles will include English language titles, abstracts, keywords, and references within the article PDF. Furthermore, we are actively working to provide this information for all back issues of the journal. English translations of the title, abstract, keywords, and references for past publications will be compiled into a separate PDF document and attached to the respective article webpage. This initiative aims to facilitate a broader understanding and utilization of Tamil studies research by international readers, scholars, and academicians, promoting a global exchange of knowledge in the field.
