தமிழ்மணம் பன்னாட்டுத் தமிழியல் ஆய்விதழ், ஆராய்ச்சி முடிவுகள் உலகளாவிய சமூகத்திற்கு தடையின்றி கிடைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கட்டற்ற அணுகல் கொள்கையில் உறுதியாக உள்ளது. அறிவுசார் படைப்புகளுக்கு கட்டுப்பாடற்ற அணுகல் இருந்தால், அது புதுமை, கூட்டு முயற்சி மற்றும் அறிவின் பரவலான விரிவாக்கம் ஆகியவற்றை ஊக்குவிக்கும் என்று நாங்கள் நம்புகிறோம்.
