தமிழ்மணம் சர்வதேசத் தமிழ் ஆய்விதழ்: ஓர் அறிமுகம்

தமிழ்மணம் சர்வதேசத் தமிழ் ஆய்விதழ், தமிழாய்வுகளின் வளர்ச்சிக்கும் பரவலுக்கும் அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு முன்னணி பல மொழி, சர்வதேச, இணையவழி ஆய்வு வெளியீடாகும். தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய இரு மொழிகளிலும் மாதந்தோறும் வெளியிடப்படும் இந்த ஆய்விதழ், தற்காலத் தமிழ் மொழி மற்றும் பண்பாட்டின் பல்வேறு அம்சங்கள் குறித்த ஆழமான புரிதலை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

இந்த ஆய்விதழ் கலை, இலக்கியம், இலக்கணம், மொழியியல், மானிடவியல், மதம், நாட்டுப்புறவியல், தொல்லியல், சித்த மருத்துவம், மனோத்துவம், பெண்ணியம், ஒப்பாய்வுகள், உலக மொழிபெயர்ப்பு, கணினித் தமிழ், ஊடகம், தமிழ் இயற்கை மொழி ஆய்வு போன்ற தமிழாய்வின் பரந்த மற்றும் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் ஆழமான ஆராய்ச்சிக் கட்டுரைகளையும், நூல் மதிப்புரைகளையும் வரவேற்கிறது. பாரம்பரிய மற்றும் நவீனத் தமிழ் இலக்கியம், இலக்கணம், மற்றும் நாட்டுப்புறவியல் போன்ற அடிப்படைக் கள ஆய்வுகளுக்கு இது முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கிறது.

கல்விசார் தரத்தை உறுதிசெய்யும் வகையில், தமிழ்மணத்தில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டுரையும் கடுமையான சக மதிப்பாய்வுக்கு (Peer Review) உட்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. தலையங்கக் குழு மற்றும் துறைசார் நிபுணர்களால் இந்தக் கட்டுரைகள் கவனமாக மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டு, உயர் தரத்திலான ஆய்வுகள் மட்டுமே பிரசுரிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

தமிழ்மணம் ஒரு சர்வதேச மன்றமாகச் செயல்படுகிறது. இது உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள ஆய்வாளர்கள், கல்வியாளர்கள், மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் ஆராய்ச்சிகளையும் கருத்துக்களையும் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ள ஒரு சிறந்த தளத்தை வழங்குகிறது. டிஜிட்டல் வெளியீடாக இருப்பதால், தமிழாய்வுகளை உலகளாவிய பார்வையாளர்கள் எளிதில் அணுக இது வழிவகுக்கிறது. இதன் மூலம், ஆய்வாளர்களுக்கு மேற்கோள் காட்டத்தக்க மதிப்புமிக்க ஆதாரங்களை வழங்குவதிலும், தமிழாய்வுகளின் உலகளாவிய அறிவுப் பரவலுக்கும் தமிழ்மணம் ஒரு முக்கியப் பங்காற்றுகிறது.

நோக்கம்:

மாதந்தோறும் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் வெளியாகும் “தமிழ்மணம் சர்வதேசத் தமிழ் ஆய்விதழ்“, தற்காலத் தமிழ் மொழி மற்றும் இலக்கியப் பண்பாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிகளைக் கொண்டாடுதலையும், அவை குறித்த விரிவான புரிதலை வளர்த்தலையும் முதன்மையான நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. நாட்டுப்புறக் கலைகள், கோயில் கலைகள், சித்த மருத்துவம், மொழியியல், இலக்கியத் திறனாய்வு, தமிழ் இலக்கியத்தின் பல்வேறு வடிவங்கள், மனோத்துவம், பெண்ணியம், ஒப்பாய்வுகள், உலக மொழிபெயர்ப்பு இலக்கியம் உள்ளிட்ட தமிழாய்வின் அனைத்துப் பரப்புகளையும் இது உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.

ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைச் சமர்ப்பிப்பு அழைப்பு

பேராசிரியர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள், எழுத்தாளர்கள் மற்றும் தமிழ் ஆர்வலர்களிடமிருந்து தமிழ் குறித்த புதிய ஆய்வுகள், அசல் கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் மற்றும் ஆழமான சிந்தனைகளை உள்ளடக்கிய தரமான ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகள் வரவேற்கப்படுகின்றன. சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் அனைத்துக் கட்டுரைகளும் துறைசார் நிபுணர்களைக் கொண்ட எமது ஆசிரியர் குழுவின் சீரிய மதிப்பாய்வுக்குப் (Peer Review) பிறகு தமிழ்மணம் ஆய்விதழின் இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும்.

திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் (Open Access)

தமிழ்மணம் ஆய்விதழ் முழுமையான திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் (Open Access) கொள்கையைப் பின்பற்றுகிறது. இதன் காரணமாக, எமது ஆய்விதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் கட்டுரைகளை வாசகர்கள் எவரும் கட்டணமின்றிப் படிக்கவும், தரவிறக்கம் செய்யவும், நகலெடுக்கவும், பகிரவும், அச்சிடவும் மற்றும் அவற்றின் இணைப்புகளைப் பயன்படுத்தவும் முழு உரிமை கொண்டுள்ளனர். அறிவைப் பரப்பும் நோக்கில் இக்கொள்கை கடைப்பிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.

உரிமம் (Licensing)

இந்த ஆய்விதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் அனைத்துக் கட்டுரைகளும் கிரியேட்டிவ் காமன்ஸ் CC BY 4.0 சர்வதேச உரிமத்தின் (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License – http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) கீழ் கிடைக்கின்றன. இந்த உரிமத்தின்படி, பயனர்கள் மூலப் படைப்பிற்குச் சரியான மேற்கோள் காட்டி (Appropriate Credit) அதனை எந்த ஊடகத்திலும் அல்லது வடிவமைப்பிலும் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளவும், மாற்றியமைத்து அதன் அடிப்படையில் புதிய படைப்புகளை உருவாக்கவும் அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.

பதிப்புரிமை (Copyright)

சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் கட்டுரையின் பதிப்புரிமையை தமிழ்மணம் ஆய்விதழுக்கு வழங்கி, அதனைத் திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் உரிமத்தின் கீழ் வெளியிட ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கும் வகையில், கட்டுரையாளர் அதற்கான உரிமம் மற்றும் பதிப்புரிமை ஒப்படைப்புப் படிவத்தை (License and Copyright Assignment Form) முறையாகப் பூர்த்தி செய்து சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படும் கட்டுரைகளின் அசல் தன்மைக்கும், கட்டுரையின் உள்ளடக்கம் மூன்றாம் தரப்பினரின் பதிப்புரிமையை எவ்விதத்திலும் மீறவில்லை என்பதற்கும் கட்டுரையாளரே முழுப் பொறுப்பாவார். கட்டுரைகளைத் திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் உரிம விதிகளுக்கு மாறாகப் பயன்படுத்துவோர் அல்லது மூன்றாம் தரப்பினரால் நடைபெறும் பதிப்புரிமை மீறல்களுக்கு இதழ் நிர்வாகம் எந்த விதத்திலும் பொறுப்பாகாது.

Scope

Published monthly in both Tamil and English, the “Tamilmanam International Research Journal of Tamil Studies” aims to celebrate and foster understanding of contemporary developments in the Tamil language. The magazine focuses on a rich spectrum of Tamil language and literary culture, including folk arts, temple arts, Siddha medicine, linguistics, literary criticism, aspects of Tamil literature, psychology, feminism, comparative studies, global translation literature, and related fields.
