Abstract

In today's era, since the family depends on the individual and the society depends on the family, every person should realize their duty and strive to live well and express their values without harming others. It is necessary to know how the family should be, its structure, roles and functions, etc. Individual morality greatly contributes to the social development of man. When we live with morality for humanity, our family also improves.; The problems and difficulties that arise in life are only caused by our actions, we should learn to enjoy what we see in life and live it. This article is designed to illustrate the thoughts and truths, Vanadasan has learned from the people he has encountered in his works, as well as the experiences he has had in life.

இன்றைய கால கட்டத்தில் தனிமனிதனைச் சார்ந்தே குடும்பமும், குடும்பத்தைச் சார்ந்தே சமூகமும் இருப்பதால் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் தனது கடமையை உணர்ந்து பிறருக்கு தீங்கு நினையா வண்ணம் நல்நிலையில் வாழ்ந்து மதிப்பீடுகளை வெளிப்படுத்த முற்படுத்த வேண்டும். குடும்பமானது எவ்வாறு இருக்க வேண்டும், அதன் அமைப்பு முறை, பங்கு மற்றும் பணிகள் போன்றவற்றை அறிந்திருத்தல் அவசியமாகும். மனிதனின் சமுதாய வளர்ச்சிக்கு தனிமனித ஒழுக்கமே பெரிதும் துணை செய்கிறது. மனிதனுக்கான அறநெறியுடன் வாழும்பொழுது குடும்பமும் மேம்பாடு அடையும.; வாழ்வில் ஏற்படுகின்ற பிரச்சனைகளும் சிக்கல்களும் நம் செயல்களால் மட்டுமே ஏற்படுவது, வாழ்வில் நாம் காண்கின்ற ஒன்றினை ரசித்து வாழக் கற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பது பற்றிய சிந்தனைகளை வண்ணதாசன் தன் படைப்புகளில் தான் கண்ட மனிதர்களிடம் கற்றுக்கொண்ட வாழ்வில் ஏற்பட்ட அனுபவத்தின் மீது பெறப்பட்ட உண்மைகளையும் எடுத்துக்கூறும் விதமாக இக்கட்டுரையானது அமைகின்றது. திறவுச்சொற்கள் அறநெறி, கட்டுப்பாடு, சமூகக் கட்டமைப்பு, கூட்டமைப்பு, குடும்பத்தின் பணிகள்.
