Abstract

From the early reign of the king to the life of the people of the present society, the idea of management is fundamental to everything that is the reason for proper function. Thoughts are what lead humans to the next level. An example of this can be said to be the analytical nature of man. Such rational humans began to create their thoughts in books. Thirukkural, which is a common knowledge for all the people of the world.This article is designed to highlight and explain with examples the management ideas revealed in the book Thirukkural.

தொடக்க கால மன்னர் ஆட்சி  முதல் தற்போதைய சமுதாய மக்களின் வாழ்க்கை வரை அனைத்திலும் சரியான முறையில் செயல்பட மேலாண்மை என்ற சிந்தனை அடிப்படையானது. சிந்தனைகளே மனிதர்களை அடுத்த கட்டத்திற்கு இட்டுச் செல்கின்றன. அதற்கு உதாரணம் மனிதனின் பகுத்தற்றிதல் பண்பு என்று கூறலாம். அத்தகைய பகுத்தறிவு மனிதன் தம் சிந்தனைகளை நூல்களில் படைக்க ஆரம்பித்தனர். உலக மக்கள் அனைவருக்கும் பொதுமறையாக அமைந்துள்ள நூலான திருக்குறளில் வெளிப்படும் மேலாண்மைச் சிந்தனைகளை எடுத்துரைத்து உதாரணத்துடன் விளக்கும் வகையில் இக்கட்டுரை அமைகின்றது.
