The Tamilmanam International Research Journal of Tamil Studies is a volunteer-driven initiative dedicated to advancing original research on topics related to Tamil culture and heritage. We focus on publishing peer-reviewed articles from a wide range of academic disciplines. Our dynamic team consists of dedicated academics, students, and professionals from various fields, all united in their mission to create a global platform for research that addresses issues pertinent to the Tamil community.
This year, we aim to enhance our capabilities in several key areas:
- Revamping upgrade our journal website resources
- Becoming a Crossref member to assign DOI numbers to all published papers
- Acquiring reliable software like Turnitin for plagiarism checking
- Translating our published works into Tamil to reach a wider audience
- Securing our own Zoom account for virtual meetings and events
- Organizing in-person gatherings, such as panel discussions
Our team of volunteers dedicates their time and expertise to the Tamilmanam International Research Journal while balancing their primary careers. Without a steady stream of income, we depend on donations to sustain our operations. We successfully launched in 2019 thanks to generous support from our community, and once again, we are reaching out for your assistance.
We kindly ask for your support for the Tamilmanam International Research Journal of Tamil Studies so that our volunteers can continue their essential work in promoting research within the Tamil community. Our goal this year is to raise £2,000.
As a token of our gratitude, we would be happy to recognize your contribution on our website, should you wish for us to acknowledge your name and donation amount.
Thank you very much for your continued support. We could not operate without your generosity.
