Abstract

Sangam literature is a very admirable ancient literature. It beautifully depicts all the ideas necessary for human life. This research article is based on the ideas expressed in the songs about the people of Neythal. The cultural lifestyle of the people of Neythal is highlighted in this article by examining the residential areas of the fishermen, their fishing industry, salt selling, conch shelling, food habits, hospitality, games, and worship methods.
