To achieve true excellence, an individual's emotions and motivations should contribute positively both to their own well-being and to the betterment of society. An individual's characteristics and interests inevitably influence the community they inhabit, and conversely, that society becomes the subject for its creators. These creators, observing society deeply, express their understanding, visions, and desires through their art, often aiming to benefit or improve the lives of those within that society. V. Iraiyanbu, for example, explores the deeply personal experiences of inner journeys, obstacles encountered, anxieties faced and avoided, anger and its management, as well as themes of taste, hunger, and global consciousness in his writings. This article aims to examine the benefits of Iraiyanbu's work and how it can contribute to the enhancement of individual emotional well-being.
