The poets of the Sangam period, while composing their songs, used allusions in their songs. They used many subtle techniques in it. Moreover, they used allusions, similes, symbols, etc. to understand the allusions in the songs. The feelings of the hero, heroine, and friend are revealed through allusions. The poets used allusions like nature, animals, and birds in their songs. The Sangam poets used allusions about the social, political, economic, and cultural events of their time in a subtle wayKeywords: culture, proverbs, legends, beliefs.
சங்க காலப் புலவர்கள், தங்களது பாடல்களை இயற்றும் போது, பாடல்களில் குறிப்புப் பொருளைக் கையாண்டுள்ளனர். அதில் பல நுட்பமான உத்திகளைக் பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். மேலும், பாடல்களில் உள்ள குறிப்புகளைப் புரிந்து கொள்வதற்கு, உள்ளுறை, உவமம், இறைச்சி, குறியீடு போன்றவற்றை பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். தலைவன், தலைவி, தோழி போன்றோரின் உணர்வுகள் குறிப்புப் பொருள் மூலம் வெளிப்படும். புலவர்கள் தங்கள் பாடல்களில் இயற்கை, விலங்குகள், பறவைகள் போன்ற உவமைகளைப் பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர். சங்கப் புலவர்கள், தங்கள் காலத்தின் சமூக, அரசியல், பொருளாதார மற்றும் கலாச்சார நிகழ்வுகளைப் பற்றி குறிப்புப் பொருளில் நுட்பமாக் கையாண்டுள்ளனர்.
