Kambar's epic possesses vast dimensions. Furthermore, Kambar has structured the flow of the story without diminishing its poetic taste. One of these poetic dimensions is Meyppadu (the physical manifestation of internal aesthetic emotions). Kambar has structured these Meyppadus in a way that vividly expresses the emotions of the characters. By layering emotions in a structured manner, adapting them to the context, and weaving them into the turning points of the story as well as battlefield scenes, Kambar elevates the epic across all dimensions through the emotional expressions of his characters. In this regard, this research paper highlights and explains the various Meyppadus employed in Kambar's Ramayana.
