The personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

எவற்றைச் சேகரிக்கிறோம்What we collect

  • ஆசிரியர்கள்: பெயர்கள், நிறுவனங்கள், மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிகள், நாடு, ORCID அடையாள எண்கள், கட்டுரையும் அதன் கோப்புகளும்; நீங்கள் இசைவுடன் தந்தால் மட்டும், உங்கள் கட்டுரை குறித்த செய்திகளுக்கான வாட்ஸ்அப் எண்.
  • உரிம ஒப்பந்தங்கள்: கையொப்பம், பெயர், பதவி, இடம், தேதி, நேரம், ஒப்பந்தம் கையொப்பமிடப்பட்ட IP முகவரி.

  • பார்வையாளர்கள்: எந்த இணையச் சேவையகமும் வைத்திருக்கும் தொழில்நுட்பப் பதிவுகளை இவ்விணையதளமும் வைத்திருக்கும். படிவங்கள் உள்ள பக்கங்கள் அவை இயங்கத் தேவையான குக்கீகளை மட்டுமே அமைக்கும். காட்சி மொழியை (ஆங்கிலம், தமிழ் அல்லது இரண்டும்) நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தால், அத்தேர்வை ஓராண்டு நினைவில் வைக்க ஒரு குக்கீ அமைக்கப்படும்.
  • Authors: names, affiliations, e-mail addresses, country, ORCID iDs, the manuscript and its files, and – only if you give it with consent – a WhatsApp number for messages about your manuscript.
  • Licence agreements: the signature, name, designation, place, date and time, and the IP address from which the agreement was signed.
  • Payments: for the article processing charge, the amount, date, transaction reference (UTR) and the screenshot or receipt you upload. Card or bank account numbers are not collected by the website.
  • Reviewers and board members: names, affiliations, qualifications, e-mail addresses and ORCID iDs.
  • Visitors: the website keeps the technical logs any web server keeps. Pages that use forms set only the cookies needed for them to work. If you choose a display language (English, Tamil or both), a cookie remembers that choice for a year.

எப்படிப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்How we use it

தனிநபர் தரவுகள் இதழை நடத்துவதற்கு மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன: கட்டுரைகளைச் செயலாக்கி மதிப்பாய்வு செய்ய, ஆசிரியர்களுடனும் மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களுடனும் தொடர்புகொள்ள, கட்டுரைகளை வெளியிட, சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கிச் சரிபார்க்க, அட்டவணைச் சேவைகளின் தேவைகளை நிறைவு செய்ய. ஆசிரியர்களின் பெயர்கள், நிறுவனங்கள், ORCID எண்கள் அவர்களின் கட்டுரைகளுடன் வெளியிடப்பட்டு, கட்டுரை மீதரவின் பகுதியாக Crossref-உடனும் அட்டவணைச் சேவைகளுடனும் பகிரப்படுகின்றன. வேறு எந்த நோக்கத்துக்கும் தனிநபர் தரவுகளை விற்பதோ பகிர்வதோ இல்லை.

Personal data are used only to run the journal: to process and review manuscripts, communicate with authors and reviewers, publish articles, issue and verify certificates, and meet the requirements of indexing services. Names, affiliations and ORCID iDs of authors are published with their articles and shared with Crossref and indexing services as part of the article metadata. We do not sell or share personal data for any other purpose.

யார் பார்க்கலாம்Who can see it

கட்டுரைகளையும் ஆசிரியர் விவரங்களையும் அவற்றைக் கையாளும் இதழாசிரியர்கள் மட்டுமே பார்ப்பர். மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களுக்கு அடையாளம் நீக்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளே அனுப்பப்படும். பதிவேற்றப்படும் கோப்புகள் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் சேமிக்கப்படுகின்றன; பொதுவில் பதிவிறக்க இயலாது.

Manuscripts and author details are seen only by the editors handling them. Reviewers receive anonymised manuscripts. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly downloadable.

எவ்வளவு காலம் வைத்திருக்கிறோம்How long we keep it

வெளியான கட்டுரைகளின் பதிவுகள் ஆய்வுப் பதிவின் பகுதியாக நிரந்தரமாக வைக்கப்படும். வெளியாகாத கட்டுரைகள் பற்றிய தரவுகள், முடிவு குறித்த கேள்விகளுக்குப் பதிலளிக்கத் தேவையான காலம் வரை வைக்கப்பட்டுப் பின்னர் நீக்கப்படும்.

Records of published articles are kept permanently as part of the scholarly record. Data about manuscripts that are not published are kept for as long as needed to answer questions about the decision, and then deleted.

வெளியான கட்டுரையின் பகுதியாக உள்ளவை தவிர, உங்கள் தனிநபர் தரவுகளைப் பார்க்க, திருத்த அல்லது நீக்கக் கோரலாம். editor@tamilmanam.in முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள். எண்ணிமத் தனிநபர் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம், 2023 (இந்தியா) வழியில் தனிநபர் தரவுகளைக் கையாள்கிறோம்.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, except where it forms part of a published article. Write to editor@tamilmanam.in. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
