புகார்களும் மேல்முறையீடுகளும்Complaints and Appeals

இதழாசிரியர் முடிவுகளை எதிர்த்து ஆசிரியர்கள் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யலாம்; இதழ் குறித்து எவரும் புகார் அளிக்கலாம்.

Authors may appeal editorial decisions, and anyone may raise a complaint about the journal.

முடிவை எதிர்த்து மேல்முறையீடுAppealing a decision

உங்கள் கட்டுரை மீதான முடிவு தவறானது எனக் கருதினால், முடிவு வந்த 30 நாள்களுக்குள் முதன்மை ஆசிரியருக்கு rajkumar@ngmc.org முகவரியில் எழுதுங்கள். காரணத்தை விளக்கி, மதிப்பாய்வாளர்கள், இதழாசிரியரின் கருத்துகளுக்கு வரிசையாகப் பதிலளியுங்கள். மதிப்பாய்வாளரின் கருத்துடன் உடன்படாமை மட்டுமே மேல்முறையீட்டுக்குக் காரணமாகாது; உண்மைப் பிழை, ஆய்வைத் தவறாகப் புரிந்துகொண்டமை அல்லது முரண்படும் நலன் காரணமாகலாம்.

மூல முடிவில் ஈடுபடாத ஓர் இதழாசிரியர் மேல்முறையீட்டைப் பரிசீலிப்பார்; அவர் முந்தைய அல்லது புதிய மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களைக் கலந்தாலோசிக்கலாம். விளைவு ஆசிரியருக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படும்; மேல்முறையீட்டின் மீதான முடிவே இறுதியானது. மேல்முறையீடு நிலுவையில் இருக்கும்போது கட்டுரையை வேறெங்கும் சமர்ப்பிக்கக் கூடாது.

If you believe a decision on your manuscript was wrong, write to the Editor-in-Chief at rajkumar@ngmc.org within 30 days of the decision. Explain why, and respond point by point to the reviewers’ and editor’s comments. Disagreement with a reviewer’s opinion alone is not a ground for appeal; a factual error, a misunderstanding of the work or a conflict of interest may be.

The appeal is considered by an editor who was not involved in the original decision, who may consult the original or new reviewers. The outcome is sent to the author, and the decision on the appeal is final. The manuscript must not be submitted elsewhere while the appeal is open.

புகார்கள்Complaints

கட்டுரை கையாளப்பட்ட விதம், தாமதங்கள், இதழாசிரியர்கள், மதிப்பாய்வாளர்கள் அல்லது ஆசிரியர்களின் நடத்தை, வெளியான உள்ளடக்கம் ஆகியவை குறித்த புகார்களை நிர்வாக ஆசிரியருக்கு editor@tamilmanam.in முகவரியில் அனுப்பலாம். ஒவ்வொரு புகாருக்கும் ஒப்புகை அனுப்பி, COPE வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி விசாரித்து, விளைவுடன் பதிலளிப்போம்.

நிர்வாக ஆசிரியர் அல்லது முதன்மை ஆசிரியர் மீதான புகார்களை ஆசிரியர் குழுவின் மற்றோர் உறுப்பினர் கையாள்வார்; அவை ஆலோசனைக் குழுவுக்கும் அனுப்பப்படலாம்.

Complaints about the handling of a manuscript, delays, the conduct of editors, reviewers or authors, or about published content may be sent to the managing editor at editor@tamilmanam.in. We acknowledge every complaint, investigate it following the COPE guidance, and reply with the outcome.

Complaints about the managing editor or the Editor-in-Chief are handled by another member of the editorial team, and may be referred to the Advisory Board.

வெளியான ஆய்வு குறித்த ஐயங்கள்Concerns about published research

வெளியான கட்டுரையில் முறைகேடு இருக்கலாம் என்ற ஐயங்கள், சரிபார்க்கப் போதுமான தகவல் இருந்தால், பெயர் குறிப்பிடாமல் எழுப்பப்பட்டாலும் கவனத்துடன் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும். காண்க: திருத்தமும் திரும்பப் பெறுதலும்.

Concerns about possible misconduct in a published article are taken seriously, even when raised anonymously, as long as there is enough information to check. See Corrections, retractions and withdrawals.
