This article analyzes how the short stories of Kumaraselva prioritize postmodern theories by shattering the beliefs in a "single truth," a "single history," and a "single center." The study explores how elements such as marginalized experiences, suppressed voices, mythological components, historical fragments, social violence, gender politics, and the use of regional dialects are brought to the forefront within a postmodern framework in his works.
