படிக்கவும் சமர்ப்பிக்கவும் கட்டணம் இல்லை. இணைய வெளியீடு, DOI பதிவு, மின்-சான்றிதழ்கள் அடங்கிய ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் (APC), கட்டுரை ஏற்கப்பட்ட பின் மட்டுமே செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

Free to read and free to submit. An article processing charge (APC) of ₹1,000 – for online publication, DOI registration and e-certificates – is payable only after an article is accepted.

கட்டணம் எதற்காகWhat the APC covers

ஏற்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரையின் இணைய வெளியீடு, Crossref-இல் அதன் DOI பதிவு, அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்குமான மின்-சான்றிதழ்கள் ஆகியவற்றுக்கானது இக்கட்டணம். சமர்ப்பிப்பு, இதழாசிரியர் பரிசீலனை, மதிப்பாய்வு ஆகியவை இலவசம். இதழ்த் தளம், பாதுகாப்பு, ஆசிரியர் அலுவலகம் உள்ளிட்ட இதழின் மற்றச் செலவுகளை நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரி (தன்னாட்சி), பொள்ளாச்சி ஏற்கிறது.

The APC covers the online publication of the accepted article, the registration of its DOI with Crossref and e-certificates for all its authors. Submission, editorial processing and peer review are free. The rest of the cost of running the journal – the journal platform, preservation and the editorial office – is met by Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi.

எப்போது, எப்படிச் செலுத்துவதுWhen and how to pay

  1. மதிப்பாய்வும் இதழாசிரியர் முடிவும் முதலில் நடைபெறும். அவை கட்டணத்தைச் சார்ந்தவை அல்ல; ஏற்புக்கு முன் எதுவும் கேட்கப்படுவதில்லை.
  2. கட்டுரை ஏற்கப்பட்டதும், கட்டுரைக் கண்காணிப்புப் பக்கத்தில் கட்டணத் தொகையும் UPI QR குறியீடும் வங்கி விவரங்களும் காட்டப்படும்.
  3. UPI (கூகுள் பே, போன்பே அல்லது ஏதேனும் UPI செயலி) அல்லது இந்தியன் ஓவர்சீஸ் வங்கி, என்.ஜி.எம். கல்லூரிக் கிளைக்கு வங்கிப் பரிமாற்றம் மூலம் செலுத்தி, அதே பக்கத்தில் பரிவர்த்தனை எண்ணையும் (UTR) திரைப்பிடிப்பு அல்லது ரசீதையும் அனுப்புங்கள்.
  4. கட்டணம் கிடைத்ததை இதழ் மின்னஞ்சலில் உறுதிசெய்யும்; கட்டுரை அடுத்து வரும் இதழுக்கான தயாரிப்புப் பணிக்குச் செல்லும்.
  1. Peer review and the editorial decision come first. They do not depend on payment, and nothing is asked for before acceptance.
  2. When the article is accepted, the article tracking page shows the APC with a UPI QR code and the bank details.
  3. Pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe or any UPI app) or bank transfer to Indian Overseas Bank, NGM College branch, then send the transaction reference (UTR) and a screenshot or receipt from the same page.
  4. The journal confirms the payment by e-mail, and the article goes into production for the next available issue.

அச்சுப் படி (விருப்பத்தேர்வு)Printed copy (optional)

அச்சு இதழும் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் அச்சுச் சான்றிதழ்களும் (இந்தியாவுக்குள் அஞ்சல் உட்பட): ₹500. இது விருப்பத்தேர்வு; வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணத்தில் அடங்காது. வேண்டுமெனில், வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் செலுத்தும்போதே கட்டுரை எண்ணுடன் editor@tamilmanam.in முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள்; அதே முறையில் செலுத்தலாம்.

Printed issue with hardcopy certificates for all authors, posted within India: ₹500. This is optional and not part of the APC. To order it, write to editor@tamilmanam.in with your article ID when you pay the APC; it is paid in the same way.

கட்டண விலக்குWaivers

செலுத்த இயலாத ஆசிரியர்கள் – எடுத்துக்காட்டாக, நிதியுதவி இல்லாத மாணவர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள் – முழு அல்லது பகுதி விலக்கு கோரலாம். சமர்ப்பிக்கும்போது இதழாசிரியருக்கான குறிப்பில் குறிப்பிடுங்கள், அல்லது செலுத்தும் முன் கட்டுரை எண்ணுடன் editor@tamilmanam.in முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள். இதழாசிரியர்கள் முடிவு செய்வர். விலக்கு கோரப்பட்டதா என்பது மதிப்பாய்வாளர்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படுவதில்லை; கோரிக்கை ஒருபோதும் வெளியீட்டு முடிவைப் பாதிக்காது.

Authors who cannot pay – for example students or researchers without funding – may ask for a full or partial waiver. Mention it in the message to the editor when you submit, or write to editor@tamilmanam.in with your article ID before paying. The editors decide. Reviewers are not told whether a waiver was asked for, and a request never affects the editorial decision.

மோசடி எச்சரிக்கைBeware of fraud

கட்டுரைக் கண்காணிப்புப் பக்கத்தில் மட்டுமே, ஏற்புக்குப் பின் மட்டுமே இதழ் கட்டணம் கேட்கிறது. ஏற்புக்கு முன் ஒருபோதும் பணம் கேட்பதில்லை; கட்டணத்துக்காக ஏற்பையோ விரைவான வெளியீட்டையோ தரவுத்தளச் சேர்க்கையையோ வாக்களிப்பதில்லை; வேறு எந்தக் கட்டணமும் கேட்பதில்லை. தமிழ்மணம் பெயரில் வேறு வழியில் யாரேனும் பணம் கேட்டால், செலுத்த வேண்டாம்; editor@tamilmanam.in முகவரிக்குத் தெரிவியுங்கள்.

The journal asks for payment only on the article tracking page, and only after acceptance. It never asks for money before acceptance, never promises acceptance, quick publication or indexing for a fee, and asks for no other fee. If anyone asks you to pay in any other way in the name of Tamilmanam, do not pay, and report it to editor@tamilmanam.in.

இவ்விதழை நல்லமுத்து கவுண்டர் மகாலிங்கம் கல்லூரியின் (தன்னாட்சி), பொள்ளாச்சி, நூலகத் துறை வெளியிடுகிறது; இதழின் இயக்கச் செலவுகளைக் கல்லூரி ஏற்கிறது. ஏற்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளின் ஆசிரியர்கள் ₹1,000 கட்டுரை வெளியீட்டுக் கட்டணம் (APC) செலுத்துகின்றனர்; இது வெளியீட்டுச் செலவின் ஒரு பகுதியை ஈடுசெய்கிறது. இதழ் விளம்பரங்களை வெளியிடுவதில்லை.

The journal is published by the Department of Library of Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi, and the college meets its running costs. Authors of accepted articles pay an article processing charge (APC) of ₹1,000, which meets part of the cost of publishing. The journal carries no advertising.
